In this article, an update has been made to the data in table 1 and the headings of table 2 to correct a typographical error. Reference 19 has been added to the first sentence of the image analysis section, which has re-ordered the reference list throughout the rest of the text. In the patients’ characteristics section, 15 (instead of 12) of the 110 included patients did not undergo the PETinterim1 study because of early discontinuation of ICPI.
